Policies & Procedures
We have policies governing the use of Old Main. Please call us at 480-965-2086 to review them with an Event Coordinator.

  • Rental charge includes a routine cleaning fee and an administrative handling fee. To confirm a reservation, fifty (50) percent of the rental charge is due with the signed contract, and must arrive no later than 5 p.m., 14 calendar days after the date on which a tentative reservation is made.
  • The security deposit is payable in a separate check, which must arrive no later than 5 p.m. seven (7) business days prior to the event date.
  • A separate security fee is required for all events conducted during non-business hours (8-5, M-F). This fee will be determined by the ASU Department of Public Safety and will be payable directly to them.
  • Fees are subject to adjustment; fee in effect at the time of the event will determine the amount of actual charges.
