A: We offer multiple audio/visual amenities for your use in our venue including: LCD Projector, screen, DVD player and sound system, web and teleconferencing capabilities, public address system with wireless and wired microphone options. Your event coordinator will let you know if there are any additional fees associated with these items.

Q: What are the prices to rent various locations on the property?
A: Room rates vary depending on the room your event’s specific needs. Room rates range from $75 to $3,000. Please fill out our contact form and an event coordinator will get in touch with you about pricing and more details on each location available for rent.

Q: Where can my guests park?
A: Parking is conveniently located in the Fulton Center parking garage directly across from Old Main on University Drive. For parking information, clients should contact ASU Parking and Transit Services at 480-965-6124 or parking@asu.edu.

Q: Do you offer all-inclusive event packages?
A: Not at this time. Our Event Coordinators work closely with many vendors and could help coordinate vendors to meet your requirements.

Q: What upcoming dates do you have available for events?
A: As our calendar ebbs and flows, we do not publish it on our site. Please call for available dates.

A: We host biannual open house events and post the dates on the homepage of our website.

A: We feel confident that our year-round pricing model will fit any budget and is very competitive with other similar venues.

Q: What are the alcohol policies or restrictions on alcohol at Old Main?
A: We work exclusively with an approved vendor who provides all on-site alcohol. Your event coordinator will provide you with pricing and options for your event.

Q: Can we bring in our own food and/or alcohol?
A: Aramark is the exclusive provider of food and beverage at Old Main. They offer pricing and packages to fit any budget. We are confident you will be pleased with the options available for your event at Old Main.
